First, our intake team gathers your complete medical history and arranges comprehensive lab tests. These assess both your health conditions and – just as importantly – your unique biochemistry.
Next, you have a consultation with a specialist for each health condition that we cover. If we identify anything unexpected, we may arrange additional specialist consultations.
Then, using our unique AI platform, our specialists work together to review how your medications interact with each other, your diet, lifestyle, and overall health.
Finally, they make any necessary changes to your medications or dosages to ensure they work together as safely and effectively as possible.

The Euzen App
The Euzen Diet and Health Tracking App
The Euzen App is unique. By understanding your personalised medication and nutrition plan, it helps you make healthier decisions effortlessly.
Take a photo of a restaurant menu, and it ranks each dish using a simple traffic light system: green for recommended, yellow for acceptable, and red for avoid.
Tell it what foods you enjoy, and it creates and ranks similar meal options based on your plan. Simply choose your favourites and order everything from your preferred online supermarket with a single click.
The app also helps us monitor your health. Each month, you complete our HealthUpdate questionnaire, and we track your symptoms and identify when your personalised plan needs adjusting.

Using data from thousands of research participants, HealthScore gives you evidence-based scores in ten health areas.
It lets you know the level of support you are likely to need to improve your health. We also use it to track your health improvements.
HealthScore takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Taking HealthScore also helps us. If you are happy for us to add your anonymised data to our research dataset, we can use it to improve HealthScore.
