We use our HealthScore questionnaire to determine which package is right for you.
Assessment package 1: mild health issues
Assessment package 1 is for mild health issues affecting a few health areas. It's also ideal for cholesterol reduction, improving blood sugar control, and weight loss.

We start by analysing your health and current diet using our online HealthScore and DietDetails questionnaires

Optional Lab tests
(lab-test costs are additional)
On package 1 we don’t usually need lab tests to help our assessment.
However, we may suggest you test or retest things like cholesterol or blood sugar, either through us or your GP.

After you have your assessment and recommendations, we can give you additional help to put your recommendations into practice.
Our bespoke menu plan service gives you two weeks of meals and snacks tailored to your tastes, preferences, budget, lifestyle, budget and time constraints.
First, you take our food preference questionnaire. Then, in a 30-minute online consultation we find out more about your tastes and preferences.
We then present your menu plan to you in a second 30-minute consultation.

Nutrition coaching
1hr consultations
Changing your diet can be challenging and our nutrition coaches can help you with obstacles as they come up.
We can help you deal with real world situations. Giving you the knowledge to choose the right food when you are out, traveling or on holiday.
We also help you develop the skills you need to choose or design appetising recipes yourself.
Your nutrition coach can work with you to create a staged timeline for changing your diet.
As our nutrition coaches are also nutritional therapists, they can alter your meal plans and recommendations if needed.
Finally, changing your diet can bring up emotional and psychological issues. Our coaches can help here too, giving you techniques to increase your motivation,
stick with the programme, and get the health benefits you want.

It lets you know the level of support you are likely to need to improve your health. We also use it to track your health improvements.
HealthScore takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Taking HealthScore also helps us. If you are happy for us to add your anonymised data to our research dataset, we can use it to improve HealthScore.
