Euzen Personalised Nutrition: Your Health Journey in Detail
Euzen's 8 week, 3 step Personalised Nutrition programme includes a health and diet assessment, nutrition coaching, nutritional therapy, a comprehensive personalised diet plan and unlimited monthly health tracking. After you finish the programme, ongoing support is also available if you need it.

Over three steps, we design you a personalised diet, help you implement it and monitor the impact on your health.

Step 1: Setting Health Goal

•   You complete your month-one health experience and diet & lifestyle questionnaires.
•   Your nutritional therapist evaluates your questionnaires before your personalised nutrition consultation.
•   In your goal setting session, they explain their evalutaion and work with you to set achievable health goals.

Step 2: Personalised Diet Design

•   In your second one-to-one consultation your nutritional therapist will conduct your nutritional status assessment by enquiring more into your diet and health history.
•   At this stage they may suggest optional lab-tests.
•   Once your nutritional therapist has all the necessary information, they will design your Personalised Dietary Recomendations Report. This is a set of nutritional and lifestyle recommendations unique to you.
•   In your third nutritional therapy consultation, they will present the report to you and explain its recommendations.

Step 3: Diet Implementation Support

•   Your nutritional therapist then passes the report to your nutrition coach, who will support you to develop a dietary strategy that implements it over two nutrition coaching sessions.
•   Finally, your nutrition coach will present you with your agreed diet strategy report after the second sesssion.

After you Finish the Programme...

•   If you want additional coaching support, you can purchase additional sessions as and when you need them.
•   These support calls are priced in shorter 20 minute blocks, as you may not need a full hour for these sessions.
•   You will then be able to track your progress using our monthly health experience and diet & lifestyle questionnaires for free and for as long as you like.

Setting Health Goals

Setting Health Goals: Effective change requires clear goals and measurable outcomes.
In collaboration with CNELM, we have developed Health Experience and Diet & Lifestyle questionnaires. These are designed to help us understand how your current health experience may be linked to your diet.
In step 1, you complete our health and diet questionnaires before your first personalised nutrition consultation. Your Nutritional Therapist evaluates the results of these questionnaires and works with you to set your health goals over a free 30 min goal setting session.
Your health assessment and goals are very important for personalised diet design (step 2). In particular, knowing your health goals helps your nutritional therapist to focus on the areas most important to you when designing your Personalised Dietary Recommendations Report.

Personalised Diet Design

Personalised Diet Design: Dietary Recommendations Tailored to your Needs
We use Nutritional Therapy to design you a Personalised Dietary Recommendations Report: to do this we need more information about you than can be provided by our questionnaires. Your nutritional therapist takes your questionnaires and health goals as their starting point, and then over a 1hr consultation enquires more into your diet and health history. When necessary, they sometimes suggest optional lab tests to better understand your needs.
At the heart of our personalised nutrition service is your Personalised Dietary Recommendations Report, which is designed to optimise your nutrition and achieve your health goals through changes to your diet and lifestyle.
This report contains dietary and, if needed, food supplement recommendations that are unique to you. For example, it will suggest foods to increase, decrease or eliminate from your diet. It may also suggest changes to the way you eat or prepare food – for example suggesting cooking methods or changes to the times you eat. The report will also take into account your personal tastes and food preferences, as well as any dietary restrictions you may have.

Diet Implementation

Diet Implementation: Building a Personalised Diet Strategy
It is not always possible to follow a menu plan: instead your nutrition coach helps you develop a flexible diet strategy.
This gives you the ability to select appetising healthy recipes that fit with your personalised dietary recomendations. It also gives you the ability to choose the right food in any circumstance: for example when you are out, traveling or on holiday.
Moreover, changing your diet should feel manageable and rewarding. For this reason, your nutrition coach works with you to set achievable milestones on your path to dietary change.
Finally, we will present you with your Dietary Strategy Report. This, together with your Personalised Dietary Recomendations Report gives you a complete and workable strategy to achieve your health goals.
Ongoing Support
Ongoing Support
The amount of nutrition coaching support needed to implement a personalised diet can vary from person to person. Step 3 contains two nutrition coaching sessions; however, you might feel that you need more than this, and we are happy to provide as many sessions as you need. We also offer shorter sessions priced in 20-minute blocks as often full 1hr sessions are not needed for ongoing support.
Similarly, if your health changes in some significant way – either positively or negatively – you may want your Personalised Dietary Recomendations Report to be adjusted, and we are happy to do this as part of our ongoing support services.
